Sofia Marta is currently Managing Director at Accenture Portugal, responsible for the Health & Public Administration area. With a professional career of twenty years in large technology and consulting companies, she has worked in different industries, such as banking, insurance, energy, transportation, and infrastructures, leading several strategic projects with great national impact. Sofia joined Accenture for the first time in 2001, in the public sector consulting area, where she worked for 12 years in areas such as Education, Employment, Justice, European Funds and Administrative Modernization, returning now to lead the Health and Public Administration area. She is 42 years old and has a degree in Mathematics from the Faculty of Sciences of Lisbon University and a post-graduate degree in eBusiness from ISEG.
