Mechanical Engineer (Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, 1994), post grad Geograpgical Information Systems (Instituto Superior Técnico, 2002), MBA (Porto Business School, 2005) and Advanced Management Program (AESE, 2017).
Pedro currently heads REN’s Head of Studies and Innovation – Electricity and Gas Systems, since 2019. He has more than 20 years of experience in the sector of Natural Gas. Between 2007 and 2017 Pedro also worked in EDP Group, in a wide range of projects, namely in Naturgas Energía - Spanish Transmission and Distribution Gas Operator -, with the responsibility to coordinate an Iberian Committee and Non-Executive Member Board at both companies.
