Luis Manuel da Cunha Velho, Managing Director of Plural Portugal and Director of TVI. He has been working on television for 37 years, having started his professional career at RTP in 1980. He had several collaborations with public channels from the PALOPs (Angola, Mozambique, and Guinea-Bissau). Luis joined TVI in 1992, where he became General Director in 2012 and where he has been a Director since 2014. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Plural Portugal since 2015 and Interim Managing Director of the Media Capital group and advisor to the Board of Directors since 2020.
