Carmo Palma is a leading executive at Axians Portugal, responsible for the management of various Business Units with a direct impact on critical sectors for society.
She leads an extended team of approximately 500 digital enablers, who foster a truly creative ecosystem, capable of blending digital and human skills with varying types of intelligence in favour of the clients’ business transformation as well as the sectors in which they operate and thus, of society as we know it.
Carmo Palma boasts 27 years of experience in the Technology Consultancy sector.
Her professional journey includes 10 years at Deloitte and 15 at Novabase, where she held the posts of Senior Manager and Executive Director respectively.
Her career has been dedicated to digital transformation in different sectors of activity, namely, Public Administration, Transport and Energy, both on national and international landscapes.
Carmo Palma is a graduate in Computer Engineering from the Science and Technology Faculty of Nova University.
She then went on to complementary education in Design Thinking at Stanford University (California) and Business Management at NOVA School of Business
