Aida Chamiça

Executive Coaching

Aida Chamiça is an Executive Coach specializing in C-Suite Level and Executive Committees (individual and team coaching) since 2013. She had had a career in management consulting, having been Senior Manager in Accenture, Head of Change Management Competency Area for Telecommunications and Public Sector Industries.
Speaker in Leadership, Talent and People related topics, she is the author of the book Break Heaven: A book for executives who want to rise to the next level, available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. She is co-author of two other books, Leadership related, and interviewed for the book Révélez Vos Talents, by Christopher James et al.
She has been invited as a visiting professor at Nova-SBE Executive Education at the soon-to-be-launched Post-Graduation in Coaching. She is a former invited professor at Universidade Nova-IMS.
Aida has been the first Portuguese MCC (Master Certified Coach) by the global professional body ICF, when only 7% of ICF members worldwide hold that credential. She completed the Masterful Coaching Program at the College of Executive Coaching (California, USA). She got her certification in Appreciative Inquiry in Weatherhead School of Management (Ohio, USA). She deepens her knowledge and practice, studying and regularly updating in coaching more mature markets such as the USA, UK, France, Belgium, and Spain, looking for the best studies in the market and following her passion for human potential and leadership.
Being a strong advocate of the added value for the final clients, she is always in Coaching Supervision to make sure she brings her best shape for every executive coaching session. She was also the first Portuguese Coach Supervisor certified by the European professional body EMCC. She was trained in Coaching Supervision at the Coaching Supervision Academy in London.
